The Cruzer flash drive plays and stores any files that are also commonly stored on a computer's hard drive. This means that the Cruzer will run programs. In order to do this, however, a program needs to be installed as a custom installation.
Following steps show how to install a program on a Cruzer Flash Drive
1). Slide the SanDisk Cruzer into a USB port on the PC.
2). Download the program's install file from the program's official website.
3). Open the program's install file by double-clicking it.
4). Click "Custom" for type of installation.
